The Tents

All of our tents are available in a variety of colours and sizes, in addition to a modular linking system (that joins multiple tents together) offering an endless variety of configurations to suit your event. Figuring out the tent size you need will largely depend on your guest number and how you plan to use the space, for example table shapes & configurations, bar, dance floor, buffet, stage, etc.

We have a variety of sizes and colours, please check under for more details. Typically our coloured tents are in smaller dimensions with the majority of our tents available in white.

Yes… 100% and are built to stand tropical climates. However, please bear in mind that these are open-sided canopies and some of the sides will remain open to the elements. We will discuss with you at install about certain configurations that may help with the present weather conditions.

Yes, all our tents will be installed by our professional crew with years of experience. On especially windy days and to avoid any delays we may change the install/de-rig dates to suit accordingly.

The site

The tents can be installed in a variety of locations but an ideal site is relatively flat and open. The Cloud7 Series though, are a little more versatile than your average tent and can be installed in numerous locations where your ordinary tent cannot. This tent can also be attached to buildings and installed on hardstanding surfaces with the use of fixings or water ballast in place of ground stakes.

If your venue is somewhere we have not previously installed or as straightforward as it seems and we can not be 100% sure about the venue and the install through sent photos, video, video meetings & measurements then we would highly recommend a site visit.
The site visit helps determine the tent style and size that best suits the location, meets your objectives and accommodates your guests. Whether the tent is an integral part of the event plan from the “get go” or a “just in case of rain” option, We can explain your tenting choices and help you make the tenting decision that is best for you and makes your event spectacular.

The setup

Much of this depends on the venue, ease of accessibility, complication of install, configuration and size of the tent or tents When working with you on your tent design your time frame is taken into consideration and we can work with you if extra time is needed. Most of our installs are complete within one day.
We rent the tents for a 48hr period. This includes travel time to the event, the installation & breakdown.
Where possible we aim to give our wedding bookings a little more time between install and the big day to decorate the space. Once erected, the spaces are yours to personalize and decorate however you wish, providing all traces are removed ahead of the collection date. Hanging from support poles can be used to great effect and fine to do but we ask that no items are attached to the structures with anything that may pierce or damage the canvas or poles.
We provide lighting packages for our tents as we truly know how to make them even more stunning once night falls. As for furniture, depending on your style, we can highly recommend one of our trusted associates that suits your needs.
